AquaFit Masters Ltd. DOWNLOAD free Acrobat Reader for PDF files March 2010 Welcome to AquaFit Masters, Long Island's premier swim program for ADULTS age 18 and older. Our program is headquartered at the Nassau County Aquatic Center (enter pool parking lot from Merrick Avenue) in Eisenhower Park off the Meadowbrook Parkway in East Meadow. We offer several term membership options with morning and evening swim sessions for a variety of ability levels - all conducted under the supervision of a professional caring staff. Participants can select from challenging workouts for experienced advanced-skill swimmers and triathletes, or our "Combo Program" which combines training with stroke technique refinement/instruction. We have something for everyone - whether you are simply interested in health and fitness activities or losing weight in an encouraging environment, want to improve technique or prefer challenging structured training sessions with a focus toward competition.
